What we collect

If you create an account, drawlater uses your email address and, when you use Google sign-in, basic Google profile details to identify you and provide login. Google sign-in requests only the openid, email, and profile scopes. drawlater does not request or access Gmail or mail.

Cloud notebooks and reactions are stored with Supabase Auth and Postgres. Authentication email is delivered through Resend. Guest notebooks stay in your browser's local storage. Necessary authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions working.

Hosting and authentication providers may process technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the service. Account and cloud notebook data are kept while needed to provide your account; contact us to request deletion. Clearing browser storage removes local notebooks from that browser.

Optional product analytics

Unless you opt out, we use PostHog EU to measure page visits and actions such as editing, exporting and sharing. A random browser identifier stored on your device helps measure return visits. We do not send notebook text, titles, notebook IDs, email addresses, or URL query strings in product events. We also use session replay for a sample of editor sessions to understand how the editor is used. Replay begins after an editor action and stops when you leave the editor. Text and input values are masked, and notebook surfaces, images and dialogs are excluded. Canvas recording, console logs and network request capture are disabled. Replay records interface interactions such as pointer movement and scrolling, not your whole screen.

Analytics is on by default unless you turn it off. Change your choice using Analytics preferences on any page. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Declining analytics does not affect the editor. Opting out stops future collection; it does not automatically delete previously collected events.

Optional feedback

Feedback links open forms hosted by Tally. We pass only the feedback context and, for exit feedback, the reason you selected. Notebook content and account details are not included. Your answer is sent when you submit the form. You may optionally leave an email address for follow-up about your feedback; this does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us to request deletion of your feedback.

Sharing

A notebook shared as unlisted can be viewed or copied by anyone with its link. Turning sharing off blocks future link requests; it cannot recall copies someone already made.

Service providers

drawlater is hosted on Vercel, with DNS managed through Cloudflare. Supabase provides authentication and cloud database storage, and Resend provides authentication email delivery.
